RAISE Training’s WeLLNess Online Skills Assessment provides a practical snapshot of your current skills across learning, reading, writing, numeracy, behaviour and computer literacy.
The assessment uses a range of questions and workplace-based scenarios to help identify your existing strengths and areas where additional support may be beneficial.
WeLLNess can be used as part of the enrolment and suitability process for RAISE Training courses, or as a standalone assessment for individuals who would like a better understanding of their current foundation skills.
Following completion, you will receive a WeLLNess LLN Snapshot showing your assessed performance across each area.
Complete the assessment online at your own pace – usually in around 25–30 minutes.

The WeLLNess Online Skills Assessment is designed to provide a practical snapshot of your current foundation and workplace skills and help identify any areas where additional support may be beneficial.

The cost of the standalone WeLLNess Online Skills Assessment is $50 AUD.
Payment by credit or debit card is required when registering online. Once registration is completed, you will be able to access and complete the assessment online.

No. There are no licensing requirements to complete the WeLLNess Online Skills Assessment.
Most participants complete the WeLLNess Online Skills Assessment in approximately 25–30 minutes.
The time required may vary depending on your individual pace. You should allow enough time to complete the assessment without interruption and carefully consider each question.
The assessment must be completed by you and all questions should be answered honestly. This helps ensure your results provide a useful indication of your current skills and allows RAISE Training to identify any assistance or reasonable adjustment that may be relevant to your training.

Your results provide a snapshot of your current skills based on the evidence available at the time of assessment. They can help identify your existing strengths and any areas where additional support or reasonable adjustment may be beneficial.
The results should be considered alongside broader language, literacy and numeracy indicators. Oral communication is not assessed or reported as part of the WeLLNess snapshot.
The WeLLNess Online Skills Assessment does not result in a nationally recognised qualification or Statement of Attainment.
