About Us

Raising the Bar, One Skill at a Time

A Brief History of RAISE Training

RAISE Training began as a small, family-oriented Registered Training Organisation (RTO) with a simple yet ambitious vision: to empower individuals with practical, life-changing skills that open doors to meaningful careers. Founded in Australia, for Australians, our story is one of dedication, innovation, and unwavering commitment to quality training.

In the early days, we operated modestly, serving a tight-knit community of students eager to improve their opportunities. Word of our practical, no-nonsense approach spread quickly, with students and industry partners praising our hands-on training, experienced instructors, and genuine care for every learner’s success.

As demand for our courses grew, we identified an opportunity to expand our impact by working with a network of trusted training partners. These partnerships have allowed us to deliver our accredited courses across a wider geographical footprint, providing localised training options backed by the quality and compliance standards RAISE Training is known for. Through this collaborative model, we’ve been able to support industries and communities from Sydney to Brisbane, offering essential licensing and vocational training that meets the needs of both individuals and employers.

While our reach has expanded, our mission remains unchanged. RAISE Training is proudly Australian-owned and operated, built on the values of integrity, reliability, and a commitment to uplifting local communities. Every student we train and every partnership we forge reflects our belief in the transformative power of quality education.

From humble beginnings to national recognition, RAISE Training’s growth has been fueled by strong relationships with our training partners and a steadfast focus on raising the standard of training across Australia. Together, we continue to make a meaningful difference in the lives of thousands, delivering practical skills and opportunities that create brighter futures.

What We Do.

We are a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) that partners with non-RTO training providers to deliver accredited licensing courses. We manage the compliance, provide the training and assessment materials, and monitor course delivery, ensuring it meets regulatory standards. Our partners handle the facilities, equipment, and trainers. We charge a fee for each successful student outcome, enabling non-RTOs to offer accredited licensing services while maintaining high-quality standards.
