Direct Enrolment

Enrolling in your chosen course with RAISE Training is simple and straightforward. Follow the steps below to start your training journey today!

Step 1: Visit the Course Page

Navigate to the course page for the training program you wish to enrol in. Each course page provides detailed information about the program, including its objectives, outcomes, and requirements. When you’re ready to proceed, click the “Enrol Now” button.

Step 2: Complete the Online Enrolment Form and Submit Payment

  1. Once you select the “Enrol Now” button on the course page, you’ll be directed to the relevant online enrolment form.
  2. Fill out your personal details, including your full name, date of birth, contact information, and a unique email address. Ensure that all details are accurate to avoid delays in processing.
  3. As part of the enrolment process, a credit card payment will be required to complete your registration. Please ensure you have your credit card details ready, as payment is required at the end of the form to secure your place in the course.
  4. You will also be required to supply a clear copy of your current driver’s licence.
  5. Provide your payment details. DO NOT select “I am using an Access Code provided to me by an Authorised RAISE Training Partner” unless you have been provided a valid Access Code. Otherwise, processing your enrolment may be delayed.
  6. Review your enrolment details carefully before submitting the form. You will receive a confirmation message on the screen once your enrolment has been successfully submitted.

Step 3: Confirmation and Processing

After submitting your enrolment form and payment, you will see a confirmation message: “Your payment has been successfully received, and your enrolment in the online course is being processed.” Please allow up to 24 hours for us to finalise your registration.

Once your enrolment has been processed, you will receive an email containing:

  1. Your unique login credentials.
  2. A link to access the course platform.
  3. Step-by-step instructions on how to start your course.
  4. Contact details for support if needed.

Keep this email for future reference, as it contains all the information you need to get started.

What Happens After You Enrol?

Once your enrolment is confirmed and processed, you can begin accessing your course materials and resources at your convenience. Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive:

    • A digital certificate of completion delivered to your registered email.
    • Continued access to support services for any post-training queries or assistance.
