Using Access Codes

RAISE Training provides an alternative enrolment process for approved Training Partners, by providing Access Codes that can then be distributed to their employee/students.

These Access Codes can be purchased directly from RAISE Training. In order to purchase Access Codes, contact our accounts department.

The following is a set of instructions for students once they hsave been provided Access Codes from an approved Training Partner.

Step 1: Visit the Course Page

Access Codes are directly linked with specific courses so navigate to the relevant course page for the associated training program. Each course page provides detailed information about the program, including its objectives, outcomes, and requirements. When you’re ready to proceed, click the “Enrol Now” button.

Step 2: Complete the Online Enrolment Form

  1. Once you select the “Enrol Now” button on the course page, you’ll be directed to the relevant online enrolment form.
  2. Fill out your personal details, including your full name, date of birth, contact information, and a unique email address. Ensure that all details are accurate to avoid delays in processing.
  3. As part of this enrolment process, a valid Access/Coupon Code will be required to complete your registration. This is the Access Code provided to yu by an approved Training Partner. Please ensure you have your Access Code ready, as this will be used to avoid a credit card payment as art of this enrolment process.
  4. You will also be required to supply a clear copy of your current driver’s licence.
  5. Make sure you SELECT “I am using an Access Code provided to me by an Authorised RAISE Training Partner“.
  6. Review your enrolment details carefully before submitting the form. You will receive a confirmation message on the screen confirming that your enrolment has been received.

Step 3: Learning Platform Access with an Access Code

Once you’ve completed the enrolment form, you can access your course on the RAISE Training Learning Platform. Follow the steps below to get started:

  1. Access the Learning Platform Visit the RAISE Training Learning Platform using this link.
Student Enrolment

  1. Log In with Your Access Code On the login page, you’ll see several options. This is the same Access/Coupon Code provided to you by an approved Training Partner. For your first login, follow these steps:
    • Select the “Continue with access code” option. This ensures that your Access Code is linked to your account.
    • When prompted, carefully enter the Access Code provided to you by the approved Training Partner. Ensure there are no spaces before or after the code.

  1. Create Your Account After entering your Access Code, you’ll be guided to set up your account:.
    • Provide a valid email address (this will become your username for future logins).
    • Create a secure password that meets the platform’s requirements.
    • Confirm your password and ensure all information is accurate.

  1. Start Your Course Once your account is created, you’ll be redirected to your course dashboard. From here, you can access course materials, assessments, and additional resources. Make sure to explore all sections of the platform to familiarize yourself with the layout and tools.

  1. Ongoing Access After your first login:
    • Use your email address and password to log in directly to the platform at any time.
    • If you forget your password, you can reset it via the “Forgot Password” link on the login page.

    • Alternatively, reach out to your approved Training Partner for assistance with your Access Code.

Keep this email for future reference, as it contains all the information you need to get started.

What Happens After You Enrol?

Once your enrolment is confirmed and processed, you can begin accessing your course materials and resources at your convenience. Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive:

    • A digital certificate of completion delivered to your registered email.
    • Continued access to support services for any post-training queries or assistance.
