RTO Delivery Partner Opportunities

RTO Delivery Partner Opportunities with RAISE Training

At RAISE Training, we’re committed to delivering high-quality vocational education across Australia. As a nationally registered Registered Training Organisation (RTO), we support organisations to deliver accredited training on behalf of RAISE Training through structured delivery arrangements that comply with national standards and regulatory requirements.

We invite organisations interested in delivering training under RAISE Training’s scope of registration to explore becoming a delivery partner. Through this arrangement, your organisation can deliver training and assessment services on behalf of RAISE Training under our RTO scope of registration while benefiting from established compliance systems, quality assurance processes, and access to nationally recognised certification.

RAISE Training remains the RTO of record for all nationally recognised training delivered under this arrangement. All nationally recognised training and AQF certification is issued under RAISE Training’s RTO registration.

Step 1: Submit an Expression of Interest

Click below to complete the Training Partner Expression of Interest form.

The Expression of Interest form collects basic information such as which courses you are interested in delivering and the locations you propose to operate from. Once submitted, our Compliance Manager will review your submission and contact you regarding next steps…

Why Work with RAISE Training

Our Expectations of Delivery Partners

Delivery partners working with RAISE Training receive access to:

  1. Established RTO training and assessment resources
  2. Support with quality assurance and compliance management
  3. Professional development opportunities
  4. Ongoing operational guidance to help maintain national standards

This arrangement enables non-RTO organisations to deliver accredited training while RAISE Training retains responsibility for all compliance and certification outcomes.

As a delivery partner, your organisation must:

  1. Deliver training and assessment in line with RAISE Training’s approved Training and Assessment Strategies (TAS)
  2. Comply with all reporting, data, and administrative requirements
  3. Participate in RAISE Training’s quality assurance and compliance monitoring activities
  4. Ensure trainers and assessors meet the required regulatory competencies
  5. Ensure marketing and communications clearly identify that training is delivered on behalf of RAISE Training

These expectations reflect the Standards for Registered Training Organisations and ensure consistency of delivery across all services.

Step 2: Complete the Full Partnership Application

Submit Your Full Partnership Application & Confirm Training Staff

If your Expression of Interest is accepted, you’ll receive an email titled “Approval to Proceed with Partnership Application – Next Steps”. This will include:

  1. A link to the full Partnership Application
  2. A copy of the Third Party Delivery Agreement for review

The full application will include further detail about training staff and delivery arrangements for the course(s) you nominate.

The next section of the Partnership Application is where you confirm the details of your nominated training staff for each of the courses that you have nominated to deliver.

Depending on the courses that you have selected, there may be multiple sections for you to record training staff details. This is because there may be different onboarding requirements depending on the course type selected.

Our Selection Criteria

RAISE Training selects partners carefully to ensure alignment with our quality standards and compliance expectations. Our Training Partner selection criteria include:

  1. Expertise in Relevant Training Areas:
We prioritise organisations with experience in training areas that align with our own focus and fill existing needs in the education sector.
  2. Delivery Capacity and Coverage:
We look for partners who can provide training across multiple locations or have a strong regional presence, helping us reach more learners across Australia.
  3. Track Record of Quality and Compliance:
RAISE Training values partners with a demonstrated commitment to compliance and a history of high-quality training delivery.

Our selection process ensures that all chosen partners share our dedication to student success and regulatory excellence.

Step 3: Complete a Third Party Agreement

Review & Sign the Third Party Agreement via DocuSign

You will receive an email, ‘Please DocuSign – RAISE Training Third Party Agreement’ requesting you to sign the Third Party Agreement via DocuSign. Signing with DocuSign eSignature is faster, safer and more accessible than using traditional signatures with pen on paper.

It is important that you read the agreement carefully before signing. RAISE Training encourages you to engage a third party to seek advice on the contract if you wish, and to contact RAISE Training management should there be any areas of concern or for any explanations that you may need.

Once satisfied the DocuSign link can be used to finalise the document.

You will also be provided access to the Marketing Guidelines, which refers to a “Delivered on behalf of logo”.

This is an approved RAISE Training logo used to clearly identify training delivered on behalf of RAISE Training on our Training Partners websites and marketing material.

Training Partner Page
