For the Roller to be used economically and safely, the operator must receive adequate training. Load shifting (other than Forklift) equipment are no longer required to have a licence. However an operator must still be deemed competent. Statement of Attainment received from completing this course is suitable. A backhoe operator must be properly trained to ensure that they can safely operate the machine. Accidents can happen at any moment and proper safety training can prevent injuries and even save lives. If an operator has not received training, they will be compromising the safety of everyone in the workplace.

There is no licence associated with this course.

This training program is approximately 1 - 3 days depending on an individual's prior knowledge of the industry and learning needs.
